Position: Service Planner

Responsibilities:

Plan and schedule service appointments for clients
Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of tasks
Maintain accurate records of service requests, appointments, and follow-ups
Communicate with clients to confirm appointments and provide service updates
Collaborate with the service team to optimize workflow efficiency
Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Service Planner or in a similar role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Familiarity with service scheduling software
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
