Check on guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
Handle payments and process transactions with accuracy
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a restaurant or hospitality setting
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Knowledge of food and beverage items and service standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
Team player with a positive and proactive attitude
Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends
