Monitor and manage inventory levels and order supplies
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback
Collaborate with the kitchen and service teams for efficiency
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant
Oversee scheduling and shift rotations of restaurant staff
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or in a similar role
Strong leadership and managerial skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards
Familiarity with inventory management and ordering processes
Ability to handle customer concerns and maintain a positive atmosphere
Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends
