Description

Responsibilities:

Implement and oversee quality control processes for food products.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
Develop and maintain quality assurance procedures.
Collaborate with production teams to address quality concerns and implement improvements.
Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in quality control and food safety.
Knowledge of local and international food safety regulations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
