Warehouse Operations Manager

Description

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement end-to-end warehouse and dispatch center processes, including order management, inventory control, and distribution.

Evaluate and select appropriate software solutions to optimize warehouse operations and dispatch management.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination between different departments, including procurement, logistics, and customer service.

Lead and mentor a team of warehouse staff, including dispatch coordinators, to achieve operational excellence and meet performance targets.

Develop and conduct training programs for warehouse staff on software applications related to inventory management and order fulfillment

Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the efficiency and effectiveness of the Centralized Dispatch Center.

Ensure compliance with safety, security, and quality standards in warehouse operations.

Manage vendor relationships related to warehouse equipment and software providers.

Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.

Prepare and present regular reports on warehouse performance to senior management
