Responsibilities:
Pick and pack orders according to customer requirements and company standards
Accurately label and prepare packages for shipment
Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely order fulfillment
Inspect products for quality and report any discrepancies
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Utilize picking and packaging equipment safely and efficiently
Assist in inventory management and cycle counts
Follow safety protocols and guidelines

Requirements:
Previous experience in picking and packaging is preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to lift and move moderately heavy objects
Familiarity with warehouse equipment and tools
Basic computer skills for order processing
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
High school diploma or equivalent
