Responsibilities:

Assist construction workers and skilled tradespeople in various tasks
Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment
Perform general cleanup of work areas to maintain a safe and organized environment
Operate hand tools and basic construction equipment under supervision
Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a secure working environment
Support the team in the installation, repair, and maintenance of construction structures
Learn and apply construction techniques through on-the-job training
Adhere to project schedules and deadlines
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
Qualifications:

Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor
Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
Ability to follow instructions and learn new skills quickly
