Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and update software applications on end-user devices
Collaborate with software developers and IT teams to identify and resolve technical issues
Assist in software testing, updates, and deployment processes

Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in software technology
Participate in IT projects related to software implementation and upgrades
Qualifications:

Strong understanding of software troubleshooting and problem-solving

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Certifications in relevant software and IT support areas are a plus
