Participate in IT projects related to software implementation and upgrades
Qualifications:
Strong understanding of software troubleshooting and problem-solving
Familiarity with a variety of operating systems and software platforms
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Certifications in relevant software and IT support areas are a plus
