Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented individual to join our Hypermarket team as a Head Cashier. The Head Cashier will oversee the cash register operations, manage cashier staff, and ensure a smooth and efficient checkout process.

Responsibilities:
Supervise and train cashier staff on proper checkout procedures.
Oversee cash register operations, including opening and closing duties.
Ensure accurate and efficient handling of customer transactions.
Resolve customer inquiries and address issues in a professional manner.
Monitor cash levels and conduct regular cash audits.
Collaborate with the management team to implement cash handling policies.
Provide excellent customer service and support cashier staff as needed.
Generate reports on cashier performance and transaction data.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Cashier or in a similar retail role.
Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership position is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a supermarket or retail setting is a plus.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Proficiency in using cash registers and point-of-sale systems.
