Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.

Install and configure computer systems, networks, and peripheral devices.

Maintain and update IT inventory, documentation, and user records.

Collaborate with the IT team to implement and maintain security measures.

Respond to service requests and ensure timely issue resolution.

Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an IT Support Administrator or similar role.

Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network systems.
