Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and other documentation
Coordinate with colleagues to support overall office efficiency
Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information
Requirements:
Previous experience in data entry and office assistance is preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent typing speed and accuracy
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Good communication and interpersonal abilities
