Description

We are seeking a proactive and efficient Food Runner to join our restaurant team. The Food Runner plays a crucial role in ensuring the timely delivery of food to customers, maintaining quality standards, and contributing to an exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities:

Retrieve food orders from the kitchen and deliver them to the appropriate tables promptly and accurately.
Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to ensure correct and complete orders are delivered to guests.
Assist in garnishing dishes and ensuring they are presented appealingly before serving.
Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to maintain smooth service flow.
Monitor and refill beverages, as needed, and address any additional requests from guests.
Ensure that all orders leaving the kitchen meet quality and presentation standards.
Clear tables and assist in maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer concerns or issues.
