Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Catering Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our catering operations, including event planning, food preparation, and customer service. The Catering Manager will play a key role in maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction, while also ensuring the efficient and smooth execution of all catering events.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and organize catering events, including menu planning and coordination
Manage and supervise catering staff to ensure excellent service delivery
Maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and suppliers
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food quality standards
Monitor inventory and control costs to meet budgetary guidelines
Develop and implement strategies to promote and expand catering services
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner
Conduct regular evaluations and assessments to improve catering operations

Requirements:
Proven experience in catering management or a related role
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
In-depth knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously
Proficiency in using catering software and relevant technology
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field
