Main requirements:
Civil Draftsman
AutoCAD
5 years minimum experience in Civil & Architecture shop drawings
Bachelor’s Degree/ 3 years Diploma
Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed Civil & architectural drawings using CAD software for residential construction projects.
Create Civil General Arrangement & Block drawings Using CAD software based on building specifications, calculations, and sketches.
Analyze current building codes, by-laws, and requirements to establish how they affect architectural drawings, and stay up to date on all required and relevant codes.
Acquire and assemble the information needed to finish Civil drawings.
