Bakery Assistant
Job Description:
— Measures and mixes wet and dry ingredients to form concoctions as per standardized recipes.
— Operates oven controls to regulate temperatures and to set time cycles for baking products.
— Decorates products with icing designs, using spatula and cream bags.
— Monitors the consistency of preparation and presentation in relevant food production areas to ensure that they conform to the requisite standards.
— Ensures that food is stored, prepared and secured hygienically and safely.
— Assists in maintaining standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all kitchen and related areas.
Any other reasonable duties as required to fulfill the needs of the business.
Requirements:
— Ideally have 2+ Years of experience in Pastry Making.
— Ready to join immediately `
— Ability to commute to JVC, Dubai daily

Bonus skills:
–Experience in baking vegan and gluten-free products.
