Role and Responsibilities :
• Answering and forwarding phone calls and walk-in people
• File important documents and keep them well organize
• Manage and maintain organization’s website and social media accounts, post contents for more business opportunities
• Arranging pick up & Drops by coordinating with Drivers
• Keeping the reception area tidy
• File important documents and keep them well organized
• Preparing daily and monthly reports
• Generate sales either by cold calling or answering requests from current clients
• Perform any other clerical duties necessary to keep the office running
• Act as a liaison and provide support to MD
• Responsible for managing the schedules and communications for MD
• Gathering documents to prepare for meetings and coordinating travel arrangements
• Prioritizing emails and phone calls for MD
Education & Work Experience Requirements :
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field.
• Highly presentable with good written and verbal communication skills.
• A commitment to excellent customer service.
• Having people skills and excellent organization skills.
– Hindi Speaking
• Competency in microsoft applications including word, excel, and outlook.
NOTE : Candidates with medical background, customer service experience, excellent computer skills, and sales & marketing experience will be only considered.
Preferred Skills :
• Preference will be given to candidates on SPOUSE VISA or visa of their own.
