DRAUGHTSMAN – WASTE WATER TREATMENT/RO/FILTRATION

Description

· Preparation of Piping & Instrumentation Diagram. (P&ID) Eq. Layout
· Preparation of Mechanical & Installation Piping Layout, Electrical Cable Tray Layout
· Preparation of Mechanical Data Sheet for Tanks & Vessels
· Preparation of Mechanical & Isometric Piping General Arrangement / Detail drawings
· Preparation of the treatment chain cost, both for direct and indirect (soft) costs
· Participate in the technological transfer of various established or emerging technologies within the company, particularly in the strategic sector of wastewater and industrial water treatment. This transfer will be commercial in nature (to the sales team) and technical (to the conception and fabrication team)
· Preparation of Process & Instrumentation Diagram. (P&ID) Eq. Layout
· Preparation of the design criteria according to the requirements
· Preparation of the proposal defining the treatment chain
· Preparation of Mechanical & Installation Piping Layout, Electrical Cable Tray Layout
· Preparation of Mechanical Data Sheet for Tanks & Vessels
· Preparation of Mechanical & Isometric Piping General Arrangement / Detail Drawings
· Preparation of Civil GA, Foundation drawing and Detail Drawings / Sectional drawings
· Preparation of Pressure Vessel GA / Fabrication Vessel GA / Fab. with BOM
· Preparation of CIP Skid, UF Skid, RO Skid.
· Preparation of Tanks Vessels and Isometric with MTO.
· Coordinate with the Vendor various Technical Reviews with Projects.
· Knowledge of all the design codes such as ASTM, ASME, ANSI, API Etc.
