Sales Associate (Luxury Brand Watch)

Job Description

We are seeking for a Sales Associate to join our team. One who can represent our brand and can help in the sales job duties, from generating leads to closing sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
• Delivering an excellent level of customer service
• Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features
• Building strong relationships with customers
• Having a good product knowledge in Watch Industry
• Ability to educate customers on the brand
• Able to achieve Sales targets- “Go the extra mile” to drive sales
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas
• Process POS (point of sale) purchases

QUALIFICATIONS :
• Experience working in the luxury retail WATCH industry- REQUIRED
• Fluent in Arabic and English language- REQUIRED
• High school degree; BS degree in Sales and Marketing or related field would be a plus
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Track record of over-achieving sales quota
• Familiarity with inventory procedures
• Proven sales experience
• A team player who enjoys being part of a strong team
• Enthusiastic and outgoing personality
