WE ARE HIRING FOR FEMALE ARBIC CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE, WITH AT LEAST 2-5 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN THE SAME FIELD.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS (WRITTEN, VERBAL AND LISTENING IN PARTICULAR)
• EXCELLENT ORGANIZATIONAL AND TIME-MANAGEMENT SKILLS AND PROFICIENT IN MS OFFICE PACKAGES
• KNOW HOW TO HANDLE OF FOLLOWING CUSTOMERS PAYMENT AND MAINTAIN FINACIAL ACCOUNTS FROM TIME TO TIME IN DAILY BASIS.
•ABLE TO DEMONSTRATE PROFESSIONAL PHONE CONVERSATION WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE COMMITMENT.
• RESPONSIBLE TO RESOLVE PRODUCT OR SERVICE PROBLEMS BY CLARIFYING CUSTOMER’S COMPLAINT.
• RESPONSIBLE IN MAINTAING CUSTOMERS ACCOUNTS BY RECORDING ACCOUNTS INFORMATION IN THE SYSTEMS.
• Candidate can join immediately, preferred female arabic nationality
Bilingual Arabic & English is a must.
