Excellent talent to interact with people in a positive and courteous manner. Tactfully employ “suggestive selling,” when appropriate and be able to up sell on Food & Beverage products. Proactive approach, with exceptional initiative and problem solving abilities to ensure the highest levels of productivity and guest satisfaction. Multi-tasking capability without compromising on quality. Dependable, punctual and able to work on flexible working hours.
