Quantity Surveyor Filipino Kabayan ( With Background in Tender).

SR QS-Female Filipino Minimum of 5 Years working experience JR QS-Male Filipino Minimum of 3 years working experience

Applicant should be available in United Arab Emirates. Willing to join immediately. Minimum of three years working experience.

Qualification: • Review and checking the BOQ at the starting of the work. • Prepare the eng. Measurement for the quantities of the finished works. • Prepare lists of the site needs (material, workers, technicians) • Calculate the remuneration of the subcontractors, workers, equipment’s etc. • Prepare the payment statements • Prepare the detailed reports describing the situation of the items quantities, (plus or minus the contract BOQ) • Reviewing labour schedules and comparing to progress on site • Pricing variations • Checking site progress (visit site), record progress and transfer onto monthly payment applications • Gradually working up to contractual agreements • Reviewing drawings, keeping note of any changes
