Overall responsibility of Facility and Accommodation Management. Upkeep and maintenance of Camp Accommodation. Statutory and other third-party Audit compliance related to Camp. Maintaining high standard of Welfare, Health and Safety at Camp accommodation. Acquisition/Leasing of required Camp and day to day management of the same and completion of necessary documents and Statutory compliance.
JOB DESCRIPTION:-Acquisition, Management and maintenance of Workmen accommodation • Assessing the requirement of Workmen accommodation in coordination with all concerned. • Ensuring enough accommodation is available to accommodate all eligible employee both existing and new and if required arranging to acquire additional accommodation within minimum lead time and cost. • Complete all necessary arrangements, documentation and statutory compliance including required certifications/inspections, for existing and new own/leased accommodation. • Develop and implement policies, systems and procedures for management and maintenance of all accommodation up to the desired level of quality including Safety, Welfare and Health of all occupants. • Expense and inventory management related to accommodations. • Strive for continuous improvement of satisfaction of employees residing in company accommodations. • Strive to optimize and minimize expenses related to facilities and accommodation management and other related heads of expenses. • Ensure first aid and proactive/immediate medical attention to employees at company accommodation. • Ensuring safety, health and security of employees living in company accommodation. • Schedule staff welfare programs at the Camp for creating overall wellness and awareness of employees residing at company accommodations. • Maintenance of all related documents and records. • Update and provide necessary periodic/adhoc Reports related to facilities and accommodation management. • Ensure completion of Performance Management, guidance, and training of subordinate staff. • Guide and lead the team for optimum performance and self-development. • Ensure succession planning and management during leave and absence. • Strive for continuous improvement of processes, cost and efficiency over historical. • Ensure compliance of requirement of Main Contractor and other third party Audit checklist and strive to maintain high standard of Health, Welfare and safety, proactively at the Company and Camp premises. • Provide necessary assistance to HRAD team as and when required
