Description

our company need Helper staff Asian nationality with a attractive salary + accommodation transportation medical from company side · Conduct weekly physical inventory of warehouse and preparation of weekly stock report

· Ensure all the damaged goods from trade returns and container offloading are accounted for and segregated for repacking and assigned to the warehouse helpers

· Ensure the availability of all records related to the load in / load out of all finished goods to support the reconciliation. Keep internal and external delivery receipts

· Organize and maintain all the warehouse filing/records related to stock reconciliation

· Ensure the safe operating practices during loading/offloading of all finished goods in accordance with the safety standards of the organization

· Control the helpers/Forklift operators while loading, unloading, stacking, repacking etc

· Ensure the optimum storage conditions for all products

· Incoming raw materials receipt and storage, confirm quantity and storage location

· Outbound documentation and loading responsibilities as per orders

· Palletization, wrapping and preparation of finished goods for company

· Checks the loading order/loading sheet and informs warehouse storekeeper/supervisor on any amendments to have done

· Cross check the checker counts vs. physical loading for all in and out transactions and ensure that required signature is taken on all needed documents

· Be ready for municipality inspections and site visits for more detail and quires you can call direct to Hr Department
