have skilled in doing all the needs for the company in terms of design (stationery, banner, social media, etc).
the capability of using adobe suite software like (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, etc).
having a good portfolio with a variety of work is mandatory.
