Job Title: Warehouse Assistant

Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to join our team as a Warehouse Assistant. The ideal candidate will assist in the day-to-day operations of our warehouse facility, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.

Responsibilities:
Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments of goods.
Store products in designated warehouse locations, ensuring proper organization and inventory management.
Pick and pack orders accurately and prepare them for shipment.
Assist in conducting regular inventory counts and reconciling discrepancies.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse, including sweeping, organizing shelves, and disposing of waste.
Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
Assist in loading and unloading trucks for delivery and distribution.
Follow all safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and work in a physically demanding role.
Basic computer skills for inventory management and data entry.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Forklift certification is a plus.
Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, or overtime as needed.
