We are currently looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Waitresses in Dubai. As a Waitress, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations.
Take and process food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on tables and addressing any concerns.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and workstations.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
Handle cash and card transactions, including processing payments and issuing receipts.
Upsell menu items and promotions to maximize revenue.
Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a waitress or in a similar customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
Attention to detail and a positive attitude.
UAE residency or work permit is required.
