 Worked as a Senior Accountant with responsible for all financial matters.
 Report to management regarding the finances of establishment.
 Prepare monthly financial statements, reports and records by collecting, analyzing and summarizing account information.
 Responsible for general ledger, fixed asset processing and reporting.
 Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions; resolving discrepancies.
 Handling payroll (WPS) for more than 500 employees
 Handling AR/AP, verifying LPO, quotation, delivery notes etc.
 Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets.
 Preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs.
 Prepare Bank reconciliation and verifying the transactions on daily basis.
 Manage multiple bank accounts, PDC checks
 Liaising with managerial staff, colleagues and clients.
 Prepare daily income/sales and collection report, fund flow report.
 Handling leave entitlements, deductions, staff loan & advances, other online payment, petty cash etc.
 Providing superior customer service, including answering all customer /vendor inquires & maintaining customer relationships
 Using Tally ERP9 to generate all entries and financial reports
 Finance Management – handling, controlling & follow-up
 Preparation of financial statements & forecast
 Capable of handling different accounts software
 VAT related transactions and management
 Preparation of Invoices , LPO / MR & other documents
 Able to handle WPS /Payroll , Receivables & Payables
 Manage petty cash & multiple bank accounts, reconciliation
 Asset Management, Journal Entry preparation /posting
 Customer services, dealing with suppliers
 Able to work under pressure & organize work and manage time effectively
 Willing to take responsibility & Ensure confidentiality
 Administrative tasks, HR & data entry
 Information technology skills- email/internet/word processing/spreadsheets
 Cost effective purchase control-Coordination with Purchase/Procurement dept
