Job Responsibilities:

Answer and manage incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy.
Provide information on hotel services, facilities, and promotions.
Assist guests with room reservations and inquiries.
Route calls to the appropriate department or personnel.
Handle guest requests and communicate effectively with other hotel staff.
Requirements:

Previous experience as a Telephone Operator or in a similar role is preferred.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proficient in telephone etiquette and call handling procedures.
Knowledge of hotel operations and services.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
