Description

One leading logistic & supply chain company is looking for a Supply Chain Clerk for their office. Responsibilities will include ensuring the accuracy of all delivery receipts entered within Oracle; any mismatches will be communicated to applicable procurement lead and resolved so that actual costs are accurately reflected within the system.
Record the receipt of goods and services within Oracle.
Position will be responsible for tracking delivery receipts and recording proper quantities received within the system.
Collaborate with Requisitioners, Buyers and on-site Project Management to gain access to all delivery receipts
Systematically enter delivery receipts into Oracle Purchase Order module
Ensure line matching of PO to delivery receipts, verify quantities ordered vs. received and communicate any over/under deliveries to procurement staff so they may adjust PO if necessary
Assign receiving plan (field/centralized) at start of all projects
Communicate any issues that arise related to the proper writing of requisitions/POs within Oracle to help ensure that Accounts Payable can make a proper three-way match between PO, delivery receipt and AP invoice
Work with Financial Services Center (FSC) on any unmatched vendor receipts to AP invoices
Prepare various reports and statements as needed
Perform additional assignments per supervisor’s direction
Skills / Qualifications:
Technical/Business Skills, Experience, and Training:
-Experience with MS Office Suite is required
-Supply Chain/Procurement process experience preferred
-Previous experience working with Oracle ERP system preferred
Education, Certificates, Licenses, and/or Registrations: (desirable/required)
-High school diploma or equivalent required
-1-2 years post-secondary education in accounting or related field preferred
-Uses Microsoft Office Suite to perform a variety of tasks. Intermediate level – Excel experience needed.
