Job Responsibilities
 Report to the Management
 Maintains books for inward and outward stock of Ironman 4wd Offroad Centre
 Receives all incoming materials and reconciles with purchase orders and inspects all ordered parts upon arrival. Records the inventory monthly.
 Processes documentation with purchase orders and issuing Material as per requisition and verify the document signed by the in-charge.
 Reports, documents and tracks damages and discrepancies on orders received
 Maintain stock report monthly and report to the Management
 Maintains a high level of housekeeping in the warehouse & Perform warehouse duties such as physical labour.
 Should be responsive on procedures and resolves discrepancies regarding receipts, deliveries, and warranties
 Maintain accurate manual and computer records such as issuing the parts and consumables to appropriate job cards through the system  Understand and carry out oral and written instructions
 Maintain the stock record of all the parts and consumables allotted on the Job Card
 Mention all the parts and consumables of the job carried out in all the job card
 Check and maintain the stock of moving parts and coordinate with Sales and Service Advisor to order new parts
 Verify and check parts that are coming for replacement under warranty and clear the same to the principal.
