Description

Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Present and demonstrate company products or services to potential clients, highlighting features and benefits to meet their requirements.
Negotiate terms of sale, pricing, and contracts with clients to secure new business and maximize revenue.
Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, or networking events.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients, addressing their specific needs and offering solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams, such as marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure smooth delivery of products or services and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in a related industry or market segment.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
