Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with their shopping needs in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide detailed information about products and services to customers.
Operate cash registers, handle transactions, and ensure accurate cash management.
Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor.
Replenish stock and ensure products are displayed correctly.
Achieve sales targets and promote special offers.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently.
Stay updated with product knowledge and company promotions.
Participate in inventory counts and stocktaking.
Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store goals.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a sales associate or in a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Ability to achieve sales targets and handle customer interactions effectively.
Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
