Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Understand and promote products to meet customer needs.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to store profitability.
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and stock area.
Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and promotional offers.
Assist with inventory management, including restocking and visual merchandising.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in a retail or sales environment is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
A customer-focused attitude with the ability to build relationships.
Basic math and computer skills.
A proactive and team-oriented mindset.
