Sales Account Administrator (with Watch Experience)

We are looking for a qualified Sales Account Admin ( with Watch Experience) to join our team and help us achieve our goals. You will serve as a point of contact for queries about products, orders, and deliveries and provide support for the team.

Responsibilities
· Inventory management
· Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries and input data
· Maintain and update sales and customer records
· Monitor monthly sales reports (e-commerce sales etc ) and work with the accounting team in generating data.

· Knowledgeable with Invoicing & Inventory

REQUIREMENTS:
· REQUIRED: Proven work experience as a Sales Account Admin from a watch industry.
· Exposure to administration duties including spreadsheet product tracking and order process
· REQUIRED: QuickBooks Experience
· Understanding of sales performance metrics
