Job Description
We are looking for a reliable Office Boy / Office Assistant to join our team and to assist with maintaining our office. We require an individual with exceptional time management skills, knowledgeable about how to maintain a clean office environment and good communication skills.

Job description:

1. Cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, waxing floors and vacuuming.

2. Refilling supplies, such as table tissue paper and stamp ink.

3. Cleaning spills, broken glass and other messes up as quickly as possible.

4. Should know how to prepare tea and turkish coffee.

5. Assisting management personnel in a wide variety of workplace responsibilities.

6. Assisting other administrative staff in a wide range of office duties.

7. Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office and reporting to the admin secretary.

8. Dealing with queries or requests from the visitors and employees.

9. Coordinating the maintenance and repair of office equipment.

10. Collecting and distributing couriers or parcels among employees

11. Helping the secretaries, or other administrative assistants in performing their duties.

12. Cooperating with office staff to maintain proper interaction and a friendly environment within the office.

13. Make sure the office premise, furniture, staff room area and manager’s room are clean.
