We are looking for document controller /Admin asst in our interior Decoration Company.
Administration support services
Answer and direct phone calls
Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos ,letters,faxes and forms.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Develop and maintain a filing system
Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
Provide general support
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Responsible for controlling all documentation related activities.
Support and coordination with decline with administration.
Store and maintain company documents.
Scan,image,index and organize documents
Minimum 2 years of experience in administration support services and documentation .
Basic understanding of construction documents
Preferably those who are in visit visa or cancelled vis.
