Requires the following skills and Responsibilities

Strong and extensive knowledge of building design

processes.

Experience in working on a variety of building types i.e. residential, commercial, hospitality etc.

Strong knowledge in design development and other construction documentation

Familiarity with local code and requirements of local authorities and submissions such as Dubai Municipality, DDA, green building regulations, Estidama etc.

Knowledge of health and safety code in synchronization with civil defence, NFPA etc.

Well-versed in design applications such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, Revit etc.

Strong Managerial and leadership Skills

Must be innovative and come up with new ideas of managing the team and keeping team encouraged.

Report presentation skills- In design, photoshop or others

Eye for design detailing, specifications and maintain design standards.

Good knowledge of building materials and finishes

Strong English communication skills with experience in coordinating with other stakeholders such as engineers and consultants.

Experience in reviewing designs and submitting related reports.
