Relationship Officer

Description

Responsibilities:

Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services to existing clients, maximizing revenue potential.
Proactively reach out to prospective clients through networking, and other lead generation methods to expand the client base.
Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of company offerings and convert leads into customers.
Prepare and maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and revenue forecasts using CRM software or other tools.
Achieve sales targets and performance metrics established by the company.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, relationship management, or a related role.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets and objectives.
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
