Required a smart Female candidate for the post of Front Desk Receptionist with English Typing Skill
• Answer and direct phone calls
• Greet and assist visitors to the office
• Reply to email, telephone, or face to face inquiries
• Answer telephone calls and pass them on
• Manage staff appointments
• Maintain contact lists
• Develop and maintain a filing system
• Provide general support to visitors
• Provide information by answering questions and requests
• Handle multiple projects.
• Prepare outgoing mail (envelopes, packages, etc.)
• Operate office equipment, such as photocopier, printers, etc.
• Organize bookkeeping and issue invoices/checks
• Record minutes of meetings.
• Perform other duties as required.
Good customer service orientation with proven working experience in front office handling receptionist responsibilities.
Good in English Typing Skill.
Proficient in Microsoft Suite
Solid communication skills both written and verbal.
Fluent in English is essential; additional languages will be considered favorably.
