Required a smart Female candidate for the post of Front Desk Receptionist with English Typing Skill
• Answer and direct phone calls
• Greet and assist visitors to the office
• Reply to email, telephone, or face to face inquiries
• Answer telephone calls and pass them on
• Manage staff appointments
• Maintain contact lists
• Develop and maintain a filing system
• Provide general support to visitors
• Provide information by answering questions and requests
• Handle multiple projects.
• Prepare outgoing mail (envelopes, packages, etc.)
• Operate office equipment, such as photocopier, printers, etc.
• Organize bookkeeping and issue invoices/checks
• Record minutes of meetings.
• Perform other duties as required.
 Good customer service orientation with proven working experience in front office handling receptionist responsibilities.
 Good in English Typing Skill.
 Proficient in Microsoft Suite
 Solid communication skills both written and verbal.
 Fluent in English is essential; additional languages will be considered favorably.
