Position: Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities:

Estimate and evaluate construction costs for projects
Prepare and analyze tender documents and contracts
Conduct site visits to gather relevant data for cost analysis
Collaborate with project teams and contractors
Monitor project expenses and budgetary compliance
Prepare reports and forecasts on project costs

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor
Degree in Quantity Surveying or relevant field
Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
Proficient in cost estimation and analysis
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
