Quality Controller

Description

Responsibilities:

Conduct regular inspections of construction sites to ensure compliance with quality standards, regulations, and specifications.
Review construction plans and specifications to identify potential quality issues and provide recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions.
Perform quality control tests and evaluations on materials, equipment, and workmanship to ensure adherence to standards and specifications.
Document and report quality control findings, including non-conformances and corrective actions, to project teams and management.
Provide training and guidance to construction personnel on quality control procedures and best practices.
Monitor and evaluate subcontractors and suppliers to ensure they meet quality requirements and contractual obligations.
Stay informed about industry standards, regulations, and emerging trends in construction quality control.

Requirements:

Proven experience in quality control or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
