My name is Jasim. I am a Civil Engineer with 7 years experience in construction field. I have experience in site management as a Project Manager, project engineer and Facility Engineer. I have experience in Villas, high rise buildings, Film Theatres, Restaurants, Malls, RCC structures, Fit out works, finishing works, interior works, infrastructure works including Storm water drainage pipeline, manholes, roads etc. Excellent knowledge in facility management, quantity calculations and bar bending schedule is my strength. I have deep knowledge of all construction sequences in civil structural and architectural finishings and I possess good management skills and abilities to run a project smoothly. Action oriented approach and skills to push the work by coordinating with subcontractors, staffs and suppliers make me sharp. I have skills in MS Excel, MS Word, Autocad (all versions) and Project planning software Primavera (P6 Release 8.2 client). I am well familiar with Al Ain inspection procedures, Dubai municipality inspection and Trakhees inspections. I am fluent in English, Hindi and Arabic. I have valid UAE driving license.
