Description
Responsibilities:
Manage executives’ calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
Screen and respond to incoming calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of executives.
Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation for business trips.
Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports for executives.
Maintain confidential files, records, and documents with accuracy and discretion.
Assist in organizing and prioritizing tasks to optimize executives’ productivity.
Conduct research, gather data, and prepare briefing materials for meetings and presentations.
Handle personal errands and tasks as requested by executives.
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of executives.
Anticipate needs and proactively address issues to support executives effectively.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office software.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
