Part-time in-house Brand Representatives (Arcade, Bowling & Customer Experience):Job location: Dubai Bowling Center (Meydan Road, Al Qouz 1)Work timings: 4 days a week (Wednesday-Saturday), 3PM-11PM Must be flexible with schedule as it might change due to special eventsStart date: August 1, 2019Requirements: • Must be fluent in English. Arabic is a plus. • Must be at least 18 years old. • Must be charismatic, fun, and sociable • Must be trustworthy, punctual and self-motivated. • Must be a team playerJob responsibilities: • Create a fun atmosphere through good energy and excitement in all areas • Engage and build rapport with walk-in customers • Communicate and up-sell any ongoing special deals or service / product offerings • Collect feedback from customers and relay to management • Coordinate bookings or special requests • Assist in coordinating special events, activities or campaigns • Participate in brainstorming and planning sessions with management • Answer all customer inquiries and give guidance where needed • Promote our F&B, birthday packages, and entertainment offerings • Maintain a positive image of the brand at all times • Demonstrate how to play some games with customers (e.g. arcade, bowling tips, etc) • Deliver an all-around awesome customer experience • Other assigned dutiesCompensation: AED 30 / hour + free perksInterested applicants may send their CV’s along with latest photograph on email: [email protected] and please mention mail subject Part-time in-house Brand Representatives.
