Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient individual to join our team as a Packaging Operator. The Packaging Operator will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely packaging of products, maintaining quality standards, and supporting overall production efficiency.

Responsibilities:
Operate packaging machinery and equipment.
Monitor the packaging process to ensure product quality and accuracy.
Set up and adjust packaging machines as needed.
Perform routine maintenance on packaging equipment.
Inspect finished products for quality and compliance.
Collaborate with the production team to meet daily packaging targets.
Follow safety protocols and adhere to quality control standards.
Maintain a clean and organized packaging area.

Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Packaging Operator or in a similar role is preferred.
Ability to operate and troubleshoot packaging machinery.
Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
Basic mechanical aptitude for equipment adjustments.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in packaging or manufacturing is a plus.
Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
