Organizing and keeping files and handling projects. Providing details to phone callers, and office visitors. Opening the office before the employees enter and closing of office after all the employees leave. Making and serving tea and coffee or any refreshments to clients. Workstations to be dusted and cleaned everyday. Ensuring that all toilets & bathrooms are cleaned and disinfected daily. Empty bins before they are over filled. We prefer candidate who can join immediately

All other task assigned by the Managers.
