And Responsibilities: -Overall responsible for all the BSS/BTS related activities within the circle. -Diagnoses, troubleshoots and carry out routine maintenance of various BSS network elements. -Carrying out maintenance and software up-gradation activities for BSC. -Ensures that corrective and preventive maintenance is performed and completed for all applicable equipment under stated responsibility -Promptly addresses to the customer’s complaint, providing/taking effective resolving actions. -Undertakes spares management in the defined area of operations -Provides responses and technical answers to other team members regarding issues, workarounds and bug fixes -Day to day alarm handling and fault rectification. Root cause identification and eradication. -Rectifies issues pertaining to call drops and path balance thereby improving the quality of Network. -Carries out site expansions and configuration changes to increase network traffic load capacity, if required. – CCNA Routing and Switching – Manage AD users, Printer services, File services. – Expertise in ‘Manage Engine Service Desk Plus’. – Familiar with computer components, Diagnose Hardware to resolve the Problem. -Network Accessories, lines, cabling, PCs, Servers, and Switches. – Creating operational documents, training materials, maintaining documentation of infrastructure procedures, asset movement documents and user manuals. – Provide Remotely or Visited Desktop Computing Support for Hardware and Software. -Microsoft Office 2007, 2010, 365 (Word, Excel, outlook, Power point). – Self-Committed, Excellent communication skills and ability to handle pressure.I can join immediately , Have visit visa 3 month .
