We are looking for female property consultants who currently work in sales or leasing and are looking for a new challenge.
You will be self-motivated, passionate about real estate and have a proven track record. You will have high standards, be hard working and thrive on a new challenge.
Requirements :-
* At least 2 years experience in real estate or a similar targeted sales role
* Agents specialized in (Business Bay) & Downtown Area Dubai
* Familiar with online property portals like Dubbizle & Property Finder
* Should have the basic understanding of CRM
* Proven record of achieving results
* Job is Commission based, basic salary depending on experience and sales targets
Responsibilities :-
* Retrieve and provide property inventory from the landlords
* Listing and marketing properties including collating all documents required to list a property along with preparing brochures
* Qualifying potential buyers/tenants
* Advise sellers/landlords on market conditions, values and RERA legislation
* Maintain regular contact with all clients
* Conducting viewings
* Negotiating offers
* Contract negotiation
