Looking for an experienced Automobile workshop Foreman / Supervisor

Description

We are a reputed automobile service center with decades of experience and a healthy premium customer base in the UAE. We are looking for an experienced workshop foreman or supervisor to join our diverse team.

We are looking for:

– 3-year diploma or minimum 1-year technical certification in automobile/mechanical engineering from an approved institute.

– Substantial experience with premium car diagnostic equipment, on-board electrical and electronic systems.

– Should have worked with an authorized dealership or a multi-brand/specialist workshop in the UAE or abroad.

– A valid UAE driver’s license is essential for this role.

– Good knowledge of English, Arabic would be an added advantage.

– Should be able to manage a team of technicians with various levels of skill and experience.

– Relevant industry qualifications and training certifications from premium brands would be ideal.

– Ability to work independently with a tendency to contribute innovative ideas.

– Someone who is target-oriented with a focus on quality workmanship.

– Candidate should be available in the UAE for an interview.
