Job Description:

– Experience in handling Import / Export Documentation

– Experience in Preparing Bank documents and Export Documents based on Letter of Credit (LC) requirement.

– Experience in handling Sales Order, Purchase Order, Shipment Advise, Goods Receipt Entry, Goods Receipt Costing and Invoicing for International customers.

– Handling Estimated Time Arrival reports.

– Preparing Purchase Summary

– Preparing weekly report on pending supplier/customer orders.

– Follow up with suppliers for shipping documents.

– Order processing and updating the information into the system

– Checking, verifying and sending the pre-alert to destinations

– Time-to-time updating the local and destination customs regulations

– Assisting team to prepare the export/Import documentations
